A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit about the November 10, 2023 fire at The Reserve at LaVista Walk apartments, 1155 LaVista Road, Atlanta, Georgia (the “Fire”). The lawsuit claims the Defendants are responsible for the Fire and resulting losses. The Defendants deny any wrongdoing. The Court has not decided who is right.

The Court still must decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the settlement and after any appeals are resolved.
